Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Dose and vial inputs
Enter the dose you already intend to track, then PepMetrics calculates draw volume and U-100 syringe units.
Library choices fill known calculator values. Saved protocols restore your own tracked values.
Enter a target amount, vial strength, and water volume to calculate the corresponding draw volume and syringe mark.

How the peptide reconstitution calculator works
Enter the target dose you already intend to track, the vial strength, the water volume, and the U-100 syringe size. PepMetrics normalizes the units and calculates the result.
1. Find the concentration
Concentration in mcg/mL equals vial strength in mg times 1,000, divided by water volume in mL.
2. Find the draw volume
Draw volume in mL equals the target dose after conversion to mcg, divided by concentration in mcg/mL.
3. Convert to U-100 units
U-100 units equal draw volume in mL times 100.
The result shows calculated mL, U-100 units, and a practical mark based on the increment you select. Check the vial label, water volume, target dose, and syringe type before saving the values to a protocol.
PepMetrics does not choose a peptide, dose, schedule, or treatment. It is a tracker and calculator, not a prescriber.
